About our founder
Former Head of Project and Program Management for the US, Canada and Latin America at British Telecom, Elese is a veteran change and project leader. With an accomplished track record leading large-scale ERP system implementations and building high-performance project teams, she knows what it takes to deliver results in the real world.
For over 20 years she has focused on the human dimension of change. She has served as a leader, educator and consultant to Fortune 500 clients across industries including telecommunications, information technology, Internet, media, healthcare, food manufacturing and staffing.
She dedicates her time to helping businesses use insight principles to deliver change (and to her organic garden).
